Skills are obtainable from the various skill NPCs around the island. Some skills need pre-requisites in order to be learned, such as TM level or even other skills. Skill cards generally cost a small amount of money. Most of them are located in the following locations.
- Blooming Cora Skill Shrine
- South Central area of Paradise
- Megalopolis Skill Garden
- Central Azteca
