General Info
As of the time of writing, there are 5 towers in Trickster. Each of them is generally built the same, with same NPCs, quests, etc. Just with the monsters + exp are different. What is a tower, you may ask, it's just a set of quests to do on different levels, where if you die, you go back down to the next "safe" level, and you have to work your way back up. (The Safe levels are level 3 and 7) It's very possible to solo, in fact, may be easier, because if someone else makes exploding things spawn on you.. well.. then you die.

Explain the basics!
But the main beef for the most part is Hunter Girl Yuri monster quests and the shard quests. Talk to Yuri, transfer to battle room, kill monsters + get crystals, go back to the portal (upper left of the screen) talk to Yuri, Get prize, Talk to Eclipse, select transfer to next floor, accept her monster quest, go to battleroom, do her quest. Come back, Transfer to next floor. This is pretty much the same for each level. Besides Yuri's monster quests, there's also a drilling shard quest and party quest.
BUT to transfer to the next area, you need to collect 2 shards, 1 to give to eclipse to go up, and 1 to give to the next eclipse to get in the battle field. The shards are drilled up from the ground. (BRING DRILLS!) Sometimes the shards are obtainable from the "mini bosses" in there. I know this is true for Chaos Spire, but not sure for any other one... If it sounds confusing, it's really not, just go try it for yourself!
When you can go
All towers except for Chaos Spire + Chaos Tower are only accessable when Fiesta event is going on.
Repotting
In the safe levels you can open mycamp/myshop and get things from there if you need to. Also there is an item girl that sells drills and potions. But you can only access this stuff from the safe levels (3 and 7)
Digging is too hard to get crystals! You can also kill the mini boss in the area. They drop crystals as well. Although at later levels, its much rarer and a lot easier to dig.
Getting Shards
In Chaos Spire for sure (and not sure which other towers) you can kill the mini bosses to get shards, in addition to drilling for them.
After the bosses are killed, it takes awhile for them to respawn. Make sure you dont kill all the bosses for shards and try to do the boss quest RIGHT after eachother!
Equips + Crystals
You can get chaos equipment from killing monsters up here too. You also get Requiem Crystals. If you take the Chaos equips and Requiem Crystals to a safe floor, you can exchange them for Requiem Equips. Some of these can be extremely powerfull. For example, a Requium Bokken (for lv20) with 96AP, 2AC.
Secret Boss
At the top of each tower (except for Chaos Tower) there is a secret room with a secret boss inside. If you give this one npc (dont remeber who ><) a crystalized requium shard (can't remember the name of it exactly, sorry) you will be transported to the secret boss room with a Requium Harbringer. If you kill him, you get a Crystalized Requium box, upon when opened, you get either requium crystals, or a piece of the Chaos set from that tower!

Chaos Spire
Required Level: 25-60 (or 69 now?)
Entrance: Don Giuvanni at Path to Desert Beach.
Notes: Chaos Addax and Confused Addax both have the same name, so here's how you tell them apart:
Power type Addax= Chaos Addax (Your target, kill em!)
Magic type Addax= Confused Addax (Not your target, leave em be!)
Fading Tower
Required Level: 70-109 (?)
Entrance: Don Giuvanni at Fiesta Zone 3 - Gate of Skull Alert.
Lighthouse of Chaos
Required Level: 110-149 (?)
Entrance: Don Giuvanni at Fiesta Zone 4 - Gate of Jelly Alert.
Rose Garden Tower
Required Level: Level 150-199 (?)
Entrance: Don Giuvanni at Fiesta Zone 5 - Gate of Mask Alert.
Chaos Tower
Required Level: 160-?
Entrance: Don Giuvanni at Blooming Cora.
Notes: As far as we know, there is NO secret boss room at the top of Chaos Tower.
